  # Privacy Policy — dm-jcox-link *Effective November 5, 2026* dm-jcox-link ("the app") is a private, non-commercial tool operated by Jason Cox, volunteer Treasurer of Dawn Mountain, Inc. and Dawn Mountain Tibetan Buddhist Temple. It lets the Treasurer read the organizations' own accounting records from QuickBooks Online in order to review their finances. It is not offered to the public, and no one other than the operator uses it. ## What the app accesses When a QuickBooks Online company is connected, the app reads, through Intuit's QuickBooks Online Accounting API, with the read access the company's administrator grants: - company information (name and basic settings); - the chart of accounts; - transactions and journal entries, including entries that payroll posts; - financial reports such as the balance sheet, profit and loss, and general ledger.   # End-User License Agreement — dm-jcox-link *Effective November 5, 2026* This agreement covers use of dm-jcox-link ("the app"), a private, non-commercial tool operated by Jason Cox ("the operator") to read the accounting records of Dawn Mountain, Inc. and Dawn Mountain Tibetan Buddhist Temple ("the organizations") from QuickBooks Online. ## 1. License The operator grants the organizations, and individuals they authorize, a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app to view the organizations' own financial information. The app is not sold, and no fee is charged for it. ## 2. Permitted use The app may be used only to review the organizations' finances. It may not be used to access another party's QuickBooks data, to change records in QuickBooks, or for any unlawful purpose. ## 3.
